It is logical to me that an artist draws inspiration from what they think on the most. My brain is drawn to patterns.
I am in awe of patterns both visible (plant life, visual disturbances or aura caused by neurological disorders) and invisible (wave energy, the network of neurons firing in the brain.) It is not merely an intellectual interest: I have a visceral response to these repetitive shapes and paths that I funnel into my works.
